If you have heating or air conditioning needs (most likely just air conditioning) then look no further than Arnold's Heating and Air. Matt was friendly, did quality work, always showed up when he said he would and did the work to the timeline he promised. In a world where finding skilled tradesman is harder and harder to find, it is refreshing to work with a great person and company like this. I highly recommend Matt and his outstanding customer service!

Very thorough and fast. Called on a Sunday and he was out at my house the very next day! He apologized for it being later in the afternoon, but it is summer in Savannah so no one can blame him for being busy. Found the initial problem then found another. Was able to get in and out in about an hour. Did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Very satisfied with the service provided. Never once tried to sell me something I didn't need. From a grateful family, thank you sir.

Arnold Heating and Air came next day when our AC died very shortly after purchasing our house. He worked with our home warranty even though he did not have to (spent about half an hour of his valuable time at our kitchen table on the phone with them detailing every issue to help us be reimbursed as much as possible), provided outstanding customer service, only left us without AC a few short (and luckily cool!) days before we had a brand new inside and outside unit for a price that surprised me with how low it was! I would recommend him again and again and we will continue to use his services in the future.

Arnold Heating & Air installed our AC early last year. At that time they were kind and courteous as well as informative, suggesting a good set of air filters, which I've been pleased to use.
When my AC went out, I still had his number on my fridge, and I knew the AC was under warranty. He was nice enough to say he would be here within an hour or two, if that was acceptable (it was), and indeed he was here within the half-hour. Had the minor issue fixed up within another half-hour without anything further needed from me.
Great customer service all around. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for AC fixes.

For the person giving me a one star review I thought it necessary to give my side of the story. We installed two new outdoor units only. This customer wanted to keep his original thermostats. Several months went by with no issues until one day his downstairs unit wouldn't come on. My employee diagnosihe had a faulty thermostat. He replaced it immediately. The homeowner authorized him to do so. A few days later he decided to reinstall the faulty thermostat and called me and claimed that my employee misdiagnosed the problem. Another day went by and he again called and said it wasn't working again. We went immediately and once again found the thermostat was the problem. He apologized several times and we told him no problem and that was that. Approximately 6 months later he had another issue with a low voltage fuse blowing but instead of calling us he decided to call someone else. They found a low voltage wire touching ground outside. The homeowner immediately thought this was his problem all along and expected me to compensate him a ridiculous amount of money. We told him he should have called us first . He then started making threats. We have never done anything wrong to anyone of our customers. Obviously you can't make everyone happy.

Arnold Heating & Air replaced my A/C unit after the compressor failed. I had five different companies come out to give me quotes, Arnold came in way below any other company. I was hesitant to go with a smaller company but was encouraged by a friend who was in the HVAC industry and I am glad I did. Professional company who knows the importance of customer service. I will continue to use this company for my yearly services and will refer my friends.

Arnold Heating and Air is the best company by far to work on any of my central heating and air units. They are honest and stand by their work. Their parts and labor warranty cannot beat. Their pricing is very reasonable for the top quality units they use. Do yourself a favor and try get an estimate from them before you make your decision.

Our property managements company uses Arnold's for their clients.
When TS Hermine came through and knocked out power, we had a surge when it came back on line and it blew a contactor.
Arnold's was on scene immediately and had parts in truck to fix the problem.
Matt is reliable with honest pricing.
I am going to change from my current maintenance company and solely do business with Arnold's Heating and Air.

Best company in the area for your air conditioning needs! Every other company I contacted wanted to sell me things i didnt need and wanted to charge me double to that of Arnold's. They are the most honest company in the area not to mention their excellent customer service! On 7-19-16 3:49pm our a/c stopped working. It was 84 in the house and rising. I called & spoke with Matt. He came out right away. Our heat pump fan motor had leaked all the oil out, which caused the motor to stop running, which caused the capacitor to get fried. He had replacement parts for both in his work vehicle. Installed them both & had my a/c blowing cold by 5pm. He was honest, quick to respond, had inventory on hand & was thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone for repairs.

I used Arnold Heating and Air a few years ago to replace my entire home unit at a previous residence. I remained at this residence 6+ years after the equipment was installed and never had an issue. I was so impressed with the service and equipment I received that I contacted them in November 2010 to see if they could replace my failing unit at my current home. Even though my current location is out of town (outside of the Savannah/Richmond Hill area) Mr. Arnold gladly came and replaced my entire unit at a price that was still cheaper than any of my local price quotes. I received top of the line equipment and service and have been extremely satisfied with this company for several years now. I have never had a problem with any of the equipment this company has installed for me. I would highly recommend Arnold Heating and Air as the first call you make for any of your heating or cooling needs. Jimmy

They were happy to explain what they were doing and answer questions, and are very comfortable with their trade. They offer an additionally discounted service rate and 10 year warranty on units they install, which puts them at the top of their list when our AC condenser can't make it through another summer.

Arnold Heating and Air was wonduerful, putting a new central air unit in my home. The exact unit was priced by another local business for 2,000 $$more. Quality of the work and the professionalism made the entire process enjoyable.

Great service! I had a problem with my air conditioner. I thought I needed a new one. Mike was very honest and insured me that all I needed was a good cleaning. He promptly cleaned the ac unit, solving my AC problem completely. I would recommend him above any other air condition companies in this area.

Matt and his guys did a great job. They were timely and professional and the most reasonable for price. Highly recommend.
